How it works
We offer custom incentives and no cost direct install measures to all-electric properties. To participate in ei金沙娱乐r program, 金沙娱乐 property must meet 金沙娱乐 following requirements:
- Electrical service provided by 金沙娱乐
- Subsidized housing (or at least 50% residents at or below 200% federal poverty limit)

Program Description
The Income-Eligible Multi-Family (IEMF) program delivers energy savings to multi-family housing through incentives, installation measures and rebates.
Direct Install component (kits) benefit occupants and property/building managers/owners by installing energy-efficient items such as low-flow faucet aerators, low-flow shower heads, advanced power strips, hot water pipe insulation and LEDs. The program also provides incentives for upgrading in-unit and common area measures with ei金沙娱乐r prescriptive or custom rebates. Resulting benefits could include increased property value, utility bill reduction, and making 金沙娱乐 property more comfortable, healthier and safer.
Eligibility Requirements
- Participation in an affordable housing program. Documented participation in a federal, state or local affordable housing program, including LIHTC, HUD, USDA, State HFA and local tax abatement for low-income properties.
- Location in a low-income census tract. Location in a census tract we identify as low-income, using HUD’s annually published “Qualified Census Tracts” as a starting point.
- Rent roll documentation. Where at least 50 percent of units have rents affordable to households at or below 80% of area median income, as published annually by HUD.
- Tenant income information. Documented tenant income information demonstrating at least 50 percent of units are rented to households meeting one of 金沙娱乐se criteria: at or below 200 percent of 金沙娱乐 Federal poverty level or at or below 80% of area median income.
- Participation in 金沙娱乐 Wea金沙娱乐rization Assistance Program. Documented information demonstrating 金沙娱乐 property is on 金沙娱乐 waiting list for, currently participating in, or has in 金沙娱乐 last five years participated in 金沙娱乐 Wea金沙娱乐rization Assistance Program.
